Hon. Mrs. Stella, Oreme Odey-Ekpo Attends National Industrial Skills Development Programme Graduation


The honorable commissioner for local government affairs, Cross River state, Hon. Mrs. Stella, Oreme Odey-Ekpo today graced the graduation ceremony of National Industrial Skills Development Programme graduation at the Industrial Training Funds in Calabar.



Over 105 Cross Riverians graduated today at the ceremony and were empowered with equipment based on their areas of specialization.


The ceremony had in attendance the Secretary to Cross River state government, Barr. Tina, Banku Agbor as representative of the governor.


Hon. Mrs. Stella, Oreme Odey-Ekpo in her remarks urged all the participants to make good use of the skills which there have acquired and also put into good use all the items given to them as startup.
