You may think your doing your body a great deed by downing a cup of joe each morning before work, but in actuality you’re causing extreme harm to your digestive system.
When drinking coffee with no food in your body, hydrochloric acid is released inside of your digestive tract. This is why experts say you should NEVER drink a cup first thing in the morning.
You might have even felt bloating or even vomited when drinking coffee at the crack of dawn, and this is because of the excess acid which is released. It’s recommended to wait an hour after you’ve waken up to begin your morning ritual!
And if you can’t wait until eating, you can add milk or butter into your coffee to ensure you’re consuming dairy vitamins at the same time.
